Our Sales team and Managers are constantly providing professional services and advice to property buyers. This work includes sourcing and inspecting properties, providing independent advice and negotiating the purchase of private sale and auction properties.
These services are separate to our activities as Selling Agents and apply to properties other than those marketed by C+Weber. Buyer representation activities are often conducted on a complimentary basis for existing clients. Alternatively, fees are set by negotiation, depending on the type of assistance required.
