Effective target marketing
We have our own Advertising Department, which liaises with our Advertising Agency, to ensure that all advertisements are eye catching and correctly placed.
C+Weber's sales office uses the following marketing mediums:

Our Property Managers are in contact each month with investors for whom we manage property. We use this communication to provide investors with property brochures and information on forthcoming sales.


While quality marketing systems are important, we also rely heavily on our constantly evolving Buyer Database. Following all Open House inspections the 'C+Weber Inspection Report' is completed, prospective purchasers from our report lists are graded and recorded, in price range order, on our computer Buyer Database, assisting us in directing purchasers to newly listed properties. Many real estate firms keep buyer lists but very little process the data for future use. The C+Weber Inspection Report:
